Look for the two-year logo on your box. The white ring logo with the words “Garansi Rusak Ganti Baru Tukar Sepuasnya” means Replacement on Defect, your unit can be exchanged for a new one when a factory fault is confirmed within two years.

The solid orange circle logo without the ring means Service Warranty, your device is repaired within the two-years, rather than swapped. These logos are usually printed on the front or side of the box, and may also appear on the product’s page. Keep your box and take a clear photo of both the logo and your receipt to make the verification process faster.
