JETE Mouse Warranty Claims

- Damage to the JETE mouse unit can be claimed for warranty and will be replaced with a new unit.
- Physical damage or attempted user modifications are not covered by the warranty and cannot be claimed.

- Mouse won't turn on / won't move

Make sure the USB cable is properly connected
Try a different USB port
Restart the device

- Cursor moves unstably

Use a mousepad or flat surface
Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse

- Clicks feel hard / unresponsive

Check for dust between the buttons
Use the mouse normally (avoid excessive pressure)
