- Gunakan batok charger sesuai daya input produk 5V 1A/2A atau maksimal 20 watt
- Gunakan kabel pengisian daya bawaan dari produk atau bisa gunakan kabel pengisian daya USB to C/micro
- Lakukan pengisian daya hingga penuh sesuai spesifikasi produk atau paling lama 2 jam pada produk ini.
- Lakukan pengisian daya pada saat baterai menunjukkan 20%, hindari menyimpan Headphone Bluetooth dalam keadaan baterai kosong terlalu lama (bisa merusak sel baterai).
- Jangan gunakan atau nyalakan Headphone Bluetooth ketika melakukan pengisian daya
- Saat pengisian daya perhatikan suhu ruang, karena pengisian daya pada suhu lingkungan yang panas dapat mempengaruhi kinerja baterai .

- Pastikan speaker tidak terhubung sebelumnya ke perangkat gadget lainnya, apabila sempat terhubung bisa di putuskan sambungan Bluetooth terlebih dahulu.
- Pastikan Heaphone pada mode Bluetooth, agar dikenali oleh perangkat gadget yang ingin di sambungkan.
- Apabila tetap tidak dikenali bluetooth pada perangkat gadget, silahkan RESTART speaker dan perangkat gadget yang anda gunakan. tujuannya merefresh sistem pada kedua perangkat akibat bugs yang mengganggu penyandingan bluetooth.

Waktu penggunaan bisa berbeda dari spesifikasi karena beberapa faktor, seperti :
- Volume digunakan terlalu tinggi (Lebih dari 50 - 70%)
- Fitur tambahan aktif (seperti lampu LED, bass boost)
- Distorsi signal dan kestabilan koneksi Bluetooth dengan Perangkat anda
- Jenis musik atau file audio yang diputar

Playtime pada spesifikasi adalah estimasi maksimal dalam kondisi ideal. Penggunaan nyata bisa bervariasi tergantung cara pakai.

Kendala tersebut BUKAN MERUPAKAN SEBUAH KERUSAKAN DAN TIDAK DAPAT DIKLAIMKAN, Hal tersebut merupakan sebuah ketidak akuratan system dalam membaca informasi yang dikirimkan oleh unit kepada device pengguna, hal tersebut merupakan hal yang wajar dikarenakan unit Headphone Bluetooh maupun device pengguna sering kali pairing dengan device lain maupun perangkat bluetooth lainya, sehingga informasi yang tersimpan pada chace memori memberikan nilai perangkat sebelumnya

- Kerusakan pada unit HFB JETE dapat diajukan klaim garansi dan akan diganti dengan unit baru.
- Aksesories Produk : Kabel Charger, Kabel JACK 3,5mm, Busa earpads pada Headpone tidak termasuk klaim garansi bila mengalami kendala.
- Kerusakan fisik atau percobaan modifikasi oleh pengguna tidak termasuk dalam garansi dan tidak dapat diklaim.

- Use a charger that matches the product's input power of 5V 1A/2A or a maximum of 20 watts.
- Use the product's original charging cable or a USB to C/micro charging cable.
- Charge the product to full capacity according to the product specifications or for a maximum of 2 hours for this product.
- Charge when the battery shows 20%. Avoid storing Bluetooth headphones with a completely empty battery for too long (this can damage the battery cells).
- Do not use or turn on Bluetooth headphones while charging.
- Pay attention to the room temperature during charging, as charging in a hot environment can affect battery performance.

- Ensure that the speaker has not been previously connected to another gadget device. If it has been connected, disconnect the Bluetooth connection first.
- Ensure the headphones are in Bluetooth mode so they can be recognized by the device you want to connect to.
- If the Bluetooth is still not recognized by the device, please restart the headphones and the device you are using. The purpose is to refresh the system on both devices due to bugs that interfere with Bluetooth pairing.

Usage time may differ from specifications due to several factors, such as:
- Volume set too high (more than 50-70%)
- Additional features enabled (such as LED lights, bass boost)
- Signal distortion and Bluetooth connection stability with your device
- Type of music or audio file being played

The playtime listed in the specifications is the maximum estimate under ideal conditions. Actual usage may vary depending on how the device is used.

This issue IS NOT A DEFECT AND CANNOT BE CLAIMED, This is due to an inaccuracy in the system's reading of the information sent by the unit to the user's device. This is normal because Bluetooth headphones and user devices often pair with other devices or Bluetooth devices, so the information stored in the cache memory provides the value of the previous device.

- Damage to the HFB JETE unit is covered by warranty and will be replaced with a new unit.
- Product Accessories: Charger Cable, 3.5mm Jack Cable, and Earpad Foam on Headphones are not covered by warranty if they experience problems.
- Physical damage or attempts at modification by the user are not covered by the warranty and cannot be claimed.
