- Gunakan batok charger sesuai daya input produk 5V 1A/2A atau maksimal 20 watt
- Gunakan kabel pengisian daya bawaan dari produk atau bisa gunakan kabel pengisian daya USB to C
- Lakukan pengisian daya hingga penuh sesuai spesifikasi produk atau paling lama 3 - 4 jam pada produk ini.
- Lakukan pengisian daya pada saat baterai menunjukkan 20%, hindari menyimpan Microphone dalam keadaan baterai kosong terlalu lama (bisa merusak sel baterai).
- Saat pengisian daya perhatikan suhu ruang, karena pengisian daya pada suhu lingkungan yang panas dapat mempengaruhi kinerja baterai .

Hindari kebiasaan overcharging (mengisi daya terlalu lama setelah penuh), karena dapat mempercepat penurunan kualitas dan umur baterai.

- Kendala ini karena Aplikasi kamera bawaan Bawaan HP pengguna Khususnya Android kurang kompatibel dengan Microphone Eksternal
- Anda bisa mengatasinya dengan mendowload aplikasi Kamera Pihak ke 3 di Play Store ( Kamera HD, Open Camera, Cinema FV-5 )
- Setelah anda Mendowload aplikasi pihak ke Tiga, jangan lupa untuk setting pada sumber suara yang digunakan untuk pilih " Ekstenal Mic "
- Anda dapat membuat konten rekam video menggunakan aplikasi camera pihak ke tiga dan Microphone.

Bila Aplikasi kamera bawaan Hp Anda kurang kompatibel dengan Microphone Eksternal, anda tidak dapat menggunakannya untuk Live streaming. Namun bila anda Ingin membuat konten Rekam Video menggunakan microphone JETE, anda bisa gunakan aplikasi pihak ke 3 yang disarankan.

Waktu penggunaan bisa berbeda dari spesifikasi karena beberapa faktor, seperti :
- Volume digunakan terlalu tinggi (Lebih dari 50 - 70%)
- Jarak antara Receiver dengan Transmiter , untuk mempertahankan kualitas suara yang terekam baterai perlu bekerja keras untuk mempertahankan sambungan.
- Fitur tambahan aktif (seperti lampu LED, ANC )
- Distorsi signal dan kestabilan koneksi Bluetooth dengan Perangkat anda

Playtime pada spesifikasi adalah estimasi maksimal dalam kondisi ideal. Penggunaan nyata bisa bervariasi tergantung cara pakai.

- Lokasi dimana melakukan pembuatan konten Video sangat berpengaruh, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu :
* Pastikan baterai dalam kondisi Penuh
* Masuk ke mode normal, tidak mengaktifkan mode noise cancelling .
* Interferensi signal termasuk medan magnet yang kuat di lokasi saat penggunaan dan juga bisa ter interferensi signal device lain disekitarnya,
* Pengkabelan yang tidak sempurna, Jack,Connector, maupun segala bentuk interface audio akan mempengaruhi kualitas audio pada unit microphone

Artinya Produk Normal, namun perlu diperhatikan segala faktor diatas.

Mikrofon yang Anda gunakan berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasinya. Perlu diketahui, setiap produk mikrofon memiliki batas kemampuan dalam mereduksi suara latar (background noise). Fitur smart noise reduction bekerja untuk mengurangi suara latar, namun tidak dapat sepenuhnya menghilangkannya.

Apabila pada hasil perekaman masih terdengar noise berlebih, hal tersebut dapat diatasi melalui proses pengolahan (editing) video. Anda dapat:
- Memotong bagian video yang memiliki noise berlebih, lalu melakukan pengambilan ulang (retake).
- Menggunakan aplikasi pengeditan video atau audio, seperti Adobe Enhance, untuk meminimalkan suara latar dan memfokuskan pada suara vokal.

Penggunaan mikrofon ini ditujukan untuk membantu perekaman suara dengan jarak pengambilan lebih dari ±1 meter, di mana mikrofon bawaan gadget biasanya tidak mampu menjangkau dengan baik. Untuk mendapatkan hasil audio yang optimal, proses pengolahan dan editing tetap diperlukan, sehingga kualitas akhir dapat sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

- Kerusakan pada unit microphone JETE dapat diajukan klaim garansi dan akan diganti dengan unit baru.
- Aksesories Produk : Busa Peredam, Karet Busa, Kabel Jack/AUX , OTG, Pouch, Magnet, Kabel Charging tidak termasuk klaim garansi bila mengalami kendala.
- Kerusakan fisik atau percobaan modifikasi oleh pengguna tidak termasuk dalam garansi dan tidak dapat diklaim.

- Use a charger that matches the product's input power of 5V 1A/2A or a maximum of 20 watts.
- Use the product's original charging cable or a USB to C charging cable.
- Charge the product to full capacity according to the product specifications or for a maximum of 3-4 hours for this product.
- Charge the microphone when the battery level reaches 20%. Avoid leaving the microphone with a completely drained battery for an extended period, as this may damage the battery cells.
- Monitor the room temperature during charging, as charging in a hot environment may affect battery performance.

Avoid overcharging (charging for too long after the battery is full), as this may accelerate battery degradation and reduce its lifespan.

- This issue occurs because the default camera app on Android phones is not compatible with external microphones.
- You can solve this by downloading a third-party camera app from the Play Store (HD Camera, Open Camera, Cinema FV-5).
- After downloading the third-party app, don't forget to set the audio source to “External Mic.”
- You can create video recordings using the third-party camera app and microphone.

If your phone's built-in camera app is not compatible with an external microphone, you cannot use it for live streaming. However, if you want to create video recording content using the JETE microphone, you can use the recommended third-party app.

Usage time may differ from specifications due to several factors, such as:
- Volume set too high (more than 50-70%)
- Distance between receiver and transmitter; to maintain recorded sound quality, the battery needs to work hard to maintain the connection.
- Active additional features (such as LED lights, ANC)
- Signal distortion and Bluetooth connection stability with your device

The playtime listed in the specifications is the maximum estimate under ideal conditions. Actual usage may vary depending on how the device is used.

- The location where you create video content is very influential, and there are many factors that affect it, namely:
* Make sure the battery is fully charged.
* Enter normal mode; do not activate noise canceling mode.
* Signal interference, including strong magnetic fields at the location during use, and interference from other devices nearby.
* Improper cabling, jacks, connectors, or any form of audio interface can affect audio quality on the microphone unit.

This means the product is functioning normally, but all the above factors should be considered.

The microphone you are using is functioning according to its specifications. Please note that every microphone product has a limit to its ability to reduce background noise. The smart noise reduction feature works to reduce background noise, but it cannot completely eliminate it.

If there is still excessive noise in the recording, this can be addressed through video editing. You can:
- Cut the part of the video that has excessive noise, then re-record it.
- Use a video or audio editing application, such as Adobe Enhance, to minimize background noise and focus on the vocals.

This microphone is designed to assist with voice recording at distances greater than ±1 meter, where the built-in microphone of the gadget usually cannot reach effectively. To achieve optimal audio results, processing and editing are still required to ensure the final quality meets expectations.

- Damage to the JETE microphone unit is covered by warranty and will be replaced with a new unit.
- Product Accessories: Foam Muffler, Foam Rubber, Jack/AUX Cable, OTG, Pouch, Magnet, Charging Cable are not covered by warranty if they experience problems.
- Physical damage or attempts at modification by the user are not covered by the warranty and cannot be claimed.
