- Gunakan batok charger sesuai daya input produk 5V 1A/2A atau maksimal 20 watt
- Gunakan kabel pengisian daya bawaan dari produk atau bisa gunakan kabel pengisian daya USB to C
- Lakukan pengisian daya hingga penuh sesuai spesifikasi produk atau paling lama 2 jam pada produk ini.
- Lakukan pengisian daya pada saat baterai menunjukkan 20%, hindari menyimpan remote/ringlight (Tripod) dalam keadaan baterai kosong terlalu lama (bisa merusak sel baterai).
- Saat pengisian daya perhatikan suhu ruang, karena pengisian daya pada suhu lingkungan yang panas dapat mempengaruhi kinerja baterai .

Hindari kebiasaan overcharging (mengisi daya terlalu lama setelah penuh), karena dapat mempercepat penurunan kualitas dan umur baterai.

- Pastikan remote dalam kondisi Baterai Penuh
- Hubungkan remote ke HP anda melalui Bluetooth.
- Apabila Remote tidak bisa dihubungkan ke HP, Hapus beberapa Bluetooth pada settingan HP untuk menciptakan ruang baru untuk penyandingan perangkat bluetooth baru ke HP
- Restart Hp anda, kemudian hubungkan Kembali
- Apabila masih tidak bisa, silahkan hubungkan ke HP lain untuk mengidentifikasi kendala pada Remote.

Bila anda mengalami kendala, silahkan bisa menghubungi tim CS JETE untuk dibantu arahannya perihal kendala Produk.

- Izin Kamera Belum Aktif
Aplikasi kamera atau sistem HP mungkin belum memberikan izin akses pada perangkat remote.

- Ketidakcocokan Sistem / Aplikasi
Beberapa tipe HP tidak mendukung fungsi shutter jarak jauh melalui remote, terutama pada aplikasi kamera bawaan.

- Koneksi Hanya Sebagian
Walaupun sudah terhubung (Bluetooth/USB), fungsi tombol shutter belum dikenali dengan benar oleh HP.

- Pengaturan Mode Kamera
Beberapa remote hanya bisa memotret di mode foto, bukan video atau aplikasi kamera pihak ketiga.

Jika masih gagal, kemungkinan besar HP tidak kompatibel penuh dengan fitur shutter pada remote.

- Garansi Pada TRIPOD ini tidak mencakup keseluruhannya, Hanya Remote / Ringlight (Dalam sepaket Pembelian) saja yang bisa digaransikan apabila ada kendala
- Apabila Tripod anda mengalami masalah pada remote / ringlight, bisa anda klaim garansikan tukar remote/ringlightnya saja, TIDAK dengan TRIPODNYA.
- TRIPOD Tidak Termasuk KLAIM GARANSI apabila mengalami kendala.

Bila anda mengalami kendala, silahkan bisa menghubungi tim CS JETE untuk dibantu arahannya perihal kendala Produk.

- Use a charger that matches the product's input power of 5V 1A/2A or a maximum of 20 watts.
- Use the product's original charging cable or a USB to C charging cable.
- Charge until full according to the product specifications or for a maximum of 2 hours for this product.
- Charge when the battery shows 20% remaining. Avoid storing the remote/ringlight (tripod) with a completely drained battery for extended periods (this can damage the battery cells).
- Pay attention to the room temperature during charging, as charging in a hot environment can affect battery performance.

- Make sure the remote has a full battery.
- Connect the remote to your phone via Bluetooth.
- If the remote cannot be connected to your phone, delete some Bluetooth devices from your phone settings to create space for pairing new Bluetooth devices with your phone.
- Restart your phone, then reconnect.
- If it still doesn't work, please connect it to another phone to identify the problem with the remote.

- Camera Permission Not Active
The camera app or phone system may not have granted access permission to the remote device.

- System/App Incompatibility
Some phone models do not support remote shutter functions, especially on built-in camera apps.

- Partial Connection
Even though it is connected (Bluetooth/USB), the shutter button function is not recognized correctly by the phone.

- Camera Mode Settings
Some remotes can only take pictures in photo mode, not video or third-party camera apps.

If it still fails, it is likely that the phone is not fully compatible with the shutter feature on the remote.

- The warranty for the TRIPOD does not cover the entire product; only the Remote/Ringlight (included in the purchase package) is covered under warranty if there are issues.
- If your Tripod has issues with the remote/ringlight, you can claim the warranty to replace the remote/ringlight only, NOT the TRIPOD itself.
- The TRIPOD is NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY if it experiences issues.
