JETe E11 20W C Add On Cable C to C User Manual

Ya.
Batok Charger JETE mendukung fast charging / Power Delivery (PD) sesuai kompatibilitas perangkat.

- Fungsi Charger (Adaptor/Batok):

1. Arus terlalu besar
2. Overheating (panas berlebih)
3. Resiko korsleting atau transistor penyimpan daya terbakar

Batok Charger JETE dilengkapi 6 sistem perlindungan:

- Over Current Protection
- Over Voltage Protection
- Over Heat Protection
- Short Circuit Protection
- Over Power Protection
- Stabilizer Protection

Sehingga lebih aman untuk perangkat.

Aman.

- Pastikan perangkat mendukung fast charging
- Gunakan stop kontak langsung (hindari terminal kualitas rendah)

Artinya:

- Kecepatan charging tergantung kemampuan perangkat & Kabel

Yes.
The JETE Charger Batok supports fast charging/Power Delivery (PD) depending on device compatibility.

It's important to understand that the primary power regulator is the laptop's own system and chip. Even if the charger adapter has an output of 65 watts or more, the laptop will automatically adjust the amount of power needed.

- Charger (Adapter/Battery) Function:
The adapter only converts AC current (house electricity) to DC current, which is then supplied to the laptop. However, the amount of power it draws is still determined by the power regulator chip inside the laptop.

- Laptop Protection System:
If the adapter used is not the right brand or does not have a compatible chip, the laptop will limit the incoming power. This is a form of protection to protect the battery and internal components from damage due to:

1. Excessive current
2. Overheating
3. Risk of short circuits or burning out the power storage transistors

The JETE charger shell is equipped with 6 protection systems:

- Overcurrent Protection

- Stabilizer Protection

Making it safer for your device.

Safe.
The charger has an automatic power management system that will adjust the current when the battery is full.

When used at high power, the adapter may feel warm.
This is normal as long as it is not overcharged and is used according to electrical standards.

- Make sure the device supports fast charging.
- Use a direct power outlet (avoid low-quality terminals).
- Make sure you don't use additional adapters that restrict power.

- A Fast Charging Batok is a cable that supports high current charging (e.g., 2A / 3A / 6A / 65W / 100W), allowing for faster battery charging compared to standard cables.

- A Power Delivery (PD) Batok is a cable with USB-C technology that supports high-power fast charging (up to 20W / 30W / 60W / 100W / 140W), suitable for phones and tablets.

Gadgets are typically equipped with a special chip and software from the manufacturer to detect charging when using a charger/cable from the same brand (original) or a charger/cable from another brand that also has the chip and is licensed, such as Super VOOC, MFi, and so on.

This doesn't mean that when charging, your gadget should display a message saying "Fast Charging/Turbo Charging/Super VOOC" won't charge quickly. It's important to understand that there are factors that influence why this information doesn't appear when using a non-original charger/cable.

The chip and software in your gadget recognize the charging device. This means that the chip or software on some cellphones will display super fast charging/VOOC/Supervooc information if using an original charger & cable, but if the charger is not licensed or has the same chip embedded to support fast charging according to a particular brand, the super fast charging/VOOC/Supervooc information will not appear.

The wattage (30/45/65/100, etc.) on the charger's charger is the maximum power it can deliver, not the power it consistently delivers to the device.

Every device (phone, laptop, or tablet) has an internal power management system that regulates current and voltage according to battery needs. Therefore, the device only draws power that is safe and meets its specifications, not the charger's maximum power.

This means:

- The JETE charger doesn't force high power onto the device → safe for the battery
- Charging speed depends on the device and cable's capabilities
- If the device doesn't recognize a third-party charger, the power can be adjusted lower—this isn't a malfunction, but rather a device protection system

As long as the Fast Charging/PD feature remains active while using the JETE charger, the charging process is normal and safe, based on the adaptive technology of the charger and the device.

- Damage to the JETE Battery Charger can be claimed under warranty and will be replaced with a new unit.
- Physical damage or attempted modification by the user is not covered by the warranty and cannot be claimed.
- Problems with product accessories: the supplied cable (attached to the battery) or external cables included in the purchase package, cannot be claimed under warranty.
