- Kabel Fast Charging adalah kabel yang mendukung pengisian daya dengan arus tinggi (misal 2A / 3A / 6A / 65W / 100W) sehingga proses pengisian baterai lebih cepat dibanding kabel standar.
- Kabel Power Delivery (PD) adalah kabel dengan teknologi USB-C yang mendukung pengisian daya cepat berdaya besar (hingga 20W / 30W / 60W / 100W / 140W), cocok untuk HP, tablet, hingga laptop USB-C.

Bisa, selama sesuai dengan tipe konektor (Type-C / Lightning / Micro USB) dan output adaptornya mendukung fitur fast charging/PD bila ingin maksimal.

Ya. Sebagian besar kabel fast charging/PD juga mendukung transfer data (tergantung spesifikasi produk).

Aman. Teknologi PD sudah memiliki kontrol arus otomatis sehingga daya disesuaikan menurut kebutuhan perangkat, bukan dipaksakan.

Pada perangkat gadget biasanya disematkan chip khusus dan software buatan pabrikannya untuk mengenali pengisian daya bila menggunakan charger/Kabel yang satu merek ( Original ) atau merek charger/kabel produk lain yang juga sudah disematkan chip dan berlisensi seperti Super VOOC, MFi, dan sebagainya.

Artinya bukan berarti kalau diperangkat gadget kita seharusnya saat pengisian daya ada informasi ; Fast Charging/Turbo Charging/Super VOOC tidak bisa terisi dengan cepat. Nah, perlu teman-teman ketahui ya, ada faktor yang mempengaruhinya, kenapa saat menggunakan charger/Kabel ( Bukan Original ) tidak keluar informasi tersebut ?

Chip dan software pada perangkat gadget untuk mengenali perangkat pengisian daya yang digunakan. artinya chip atau software pada beberapa HP akan menampilkan informasi pengisian daya super cepat/VOOC/Supervooc jika menggunakan charger & Kabel Original, namun bila Charger belum berlisensi atau disematkan Chip yang sama untuk support pengisian daya cepat sesuai merek tertentu tidak akan muncul informasi pengisian daya super cepat/VOOC/Supervooc.

Kapasitas watt (misal 100W / 120W / 240W) pada kabel adalah batas daya maksimum yang mampu dihantarkan, bukan daya yang selalu dikeluarkan ke perangkat.

Setiap perangkat (HP / laptop / tablet) punya sistem manajemen daya internal yang mengatur arus & tegangan sesuai kebutuhan baterai. Jadi, perangkat hanya mengambil daya yang aman & sesuai spesifikasinya, bukan daya maksimal kabel.

Artinya:

- Kabel tidak memaksakan daya besar ke perangkat → aman untuk baterai
- Kecepatan charging tergantung kemampuan perangkat & adaptor
- Jika perangkat tidak mengenali adaptor pihak ketiga, daya bisa disesuaikan lebih rendah — ini bukan kerusakan, tetapi sistem proteksi perangkat

Selama fitur Fast Charging / PD tetap aktif saat menggunakan kabel JETE, proses pengisian normal dan aman sesuai teknologi adaptif charger & perangkat.

- Kerusakan pada unit Kabel Charger JETE dapat diajukan klaim garansi dan akan diganti dengan unit baru.
- Kerusakan fisik atau percobaan modifikasi oleh pengguna tidak termasuk dalam garansi dan tidak dapat diklaim.

Yes, as long as it matches the connector type (Type-C / Lightning / Micro USB) and the adapter output supports fast charging/PD for maximum performance.

Yes. Most fast charging/PD cables also support data transfer (depending on product specifications).

Yes, provided that:

- The laptop supports USB-C Charging
- The PD cable power matches the laptop's requirements (e.g., 60W / 100W / 140W)

Yes. PD technology has automatic current control, so the power is adjusted according to the device's needs, not forced.

Gadgets usually have special chips and manufacturer-made software to recognize charging when using chargers/cables of the same brand (original) or chargers/cables from other brands that also have chips and are licensed, such as Super VOOC, MFi, and so on.

This does not mean that when charging our gadgets, the information “Fast Charging/Turbo Charging/Super VOOC” should not appear. Well, you need to know that there are factors that influence why this information does not appear when using a charger/cable (not original).

The chip and software on the device recognize the charging device being used. This means that the chip or software on some phones will display super-fast charging/VOOC/SuperVOOC information when using an original charger and cable. However, if the charger is not licensed or equipped with the same chip to support fast charging for a specific brand, the super-fast charging/VOOC/SuperVOOC information will not appear.

The wattage capacity (e.g., 100W/120W/240W) on the cable is the maximum power limit that can be transmitted, not the power that is always output to the device.

Every device (phone/laptop/tablet) has an internal power management system that regulates current and voltage according to the battery's needs. Therefore, the device only draws power that is safe and within its specifications, not the cable's maximum power.

This means:

- The cable does not force high power into the device → safe for the battery
- Charging speed depends on the device's and adapter's capabilities
- If the device does not recognize a third-party adapter, the power may be adjusted to a lower level — this is not a malfunction, but the device's protection system

As long as the Fast Charging/PD feature remains active when using the JETE cable, the charging process is normal and safe according to the adaptive technology of the charger and device.

- Damage to the JETE Charger Cable unit is covered by warranty and will be replaced with a new unit.
- Physical damage or modification attempts by the user are not covered by warranty and cannot be claimed.
